I previously used Cristal Windows in 2021/2022 for the same undertaking, windows, external doors and full roofline replacement, but on an empty house. I was impressed enough to ask them to repeat the undertaking on two houses. As before Steve was meticulous in his planning and considerate of the difficulties in coordinating work on two mirror image houses, concurrently, with Tenants in residence.
We had our conservatory roof replaced. Steve, Dennis, and the team did a great job from start to finish. Their pricing is competitive, and they were patient with us wanting to change the design beforehand. The work was done to a high standard, including plastering. Dennis was very polite and easy to communicate with. They cleared away all rubbish and were extremely tidy.
