Great service from Steve from start to finish, helpful advice and hassle free ordering. The installation of the bifold doors and windows by Dennis and Robbie was very efficient and tidy. I’m very happy I chose to use Cristal Windows and would recommend them to anyone.
I had the roof of the conservatory completely replaced in March 2025 and was very satisfied with the standard of service and the quality of the building work at the time and was happy to provide a review then. After more than a year I can confirm that the replacement structure has performed well as have the new doors that I had installed into the garden. I would use the services Cristal Windows again and am also pleased to recommend the business.
From start to finish the information and communications from Steve were excellent. The Rehau products chosen and supplied are of a premium range of windows and doors that we are extremely happy with. Dennis and son Robbie fitted them with an attention to detail that is unfortunately, not always found nowadays and cleaned up afterwards on a daily basis. I had all my windows and doors replaced by Steve and his team. From the initial contact right the way through to completion the communication was spot on. Dennis and Robbie who did the installation were very friendly and worked efficiently keeping the place clean and tidy as they worked. I did encounter a problem with one of the products but it was dealt with quickly and professionally.

They were very accommodating when I made some slight changes to the requirements and came up with a very competitive quote which was not accompanied with the “hard sell” attempts I got from some other companies. The installation was completed smoothly by Dennis who left everything clean and tidy at the end.
We’ve had Cristal Windows carry out several installations over the years and have been really pleased with both the service and the quality of workmanship throughout. They first fitted new soffits and fascias in September 2020. This was followed by new front windows and a front door installed in September 2023, and finally all rear windows and a back door fitted in February 2024. The workmanship on every job has been excellent.
